Justin Grooms is the Chief Executive Officer of Bolt, a leading checkout technology company. Bolt ignites retailers’ brands by unlocking access to a universal shopper network of 80 million shoppers—enabling merchants to offer a seamless shopping experience to customers at every touchpoint in their journey.
Since 2019, Justin has been powering growth for Bolt, originally as General Manager of Global Sales. Previously serving as Chief Revenue Officer of Leap Motion, Justin brings an extensive background in executive-level leadership roles and a history of scaling revenue for companies across a range of industries.
Justin is a graduate of UC San Diego and holds a Master of Business Administration from UC Irvine.
